Our journey
How it's gone so far
Property investment is a slow process but after a few years of consistent learning, hard work, and self-investment we have managed to achieve a portfolio that houses over 24 people
Started the company
Without telling a single soul, we invested 500 hours of our time learning about property. We also spent most of our savings on courses, coaching and mentorships! There was no going back. We had officially started our property investing journey.
Our first deal
With the help of our coach and mentor, we negotiated and secured investment for our first deal (right in the middle of the pandemic), which was kind of scary!
Our first TV appearance
Not quite Grand Designs, but it’s a start… Watch it on Channel 4’s YouTube Channel
Scaling the HMO business
We started to scale the business very quickly and were well on our way with four conversions and 16 units under our belt.
Mentoring others
For the first time, we started to help others on their property investment journey by sharing our knowledge and experiences to help them build the life they want.
We got married

We finished our biggest project to date: a former care home conversion to 8 social housing units.
